DIET U.S. Nagar Hosts Two-Day Cyber Security and AI Workshop
The Education Technology (ET) Department of DIET U.S. Nagar successfully organized a four-day workshop on Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence (AI), providing participants with valuable insights and hands-on experience in these crucial fields. The event, coordinated by Program Coordinators Mr. Bhupal Singh Negi and Ms. Anita Pujara, aimed to equip students and professionals with essential knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and AI. There were 55 teachers of secondary education from seven blocks of US Nagar participated in the workshop.
Phase 1: Cyber Security Workshop
The first day of the workshop focused on Cyber Security, addressing the increasing importance of protecting digital assets and mitigating cyber threats. The session was led by Master Trainer Mr. Prashant Dhiman, owner of DIIT Rudrapur, who provided in-depth knowledge on key cybersecurity principles, ethical hacking, data protection, and best practices for online safety. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, enhancing their understanding of real-world cyber threats and Défense mechanisms.
phase 2: Artificial Intelligence Workshop
The second day was dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, an ever-evolving domain shaping the future of technology. The AI session was conducted by Dr. Kamal Rawat and Mr. Charanjeet Singh, Associate Professor at MIET Haldwani. The workshop covered fundamental AI concepts, machine learning techniques, and real-world applications, helping attendees grasp the significance of AI in modern industries. Hands-on exercises and case studies further enriched the learning experience.

The workshop was a resounding success, leaving participants with enhanced knowledge and practical skills in Cyber Security and AI.
